Kotlin版Javadoc(Kdoc)を生成できる「dokka」の導入手順

kdoc-generator-intellij-plugin

dokkaはKotlin版のJavadoc、つまりKdocを生成するもの。
kdoc-generator-intellij-pluginは、Kdocの入力をサポートするもの。雛形を生成する。
